Default Ferrea Valves Fail!

I installed a rebuild from scrash engine. I had a fully build head with Ferrea 1mm over size valves. less then 20 miles after the engine started for the first time this hapend.

OMG! WOW!.,So, the valve shaft went right through the valve, and wreaked havoc !...Man, I feel bad for you man! major suckage!, and only after 10 minuts of driving... what "were'" your pistons?

OEM 1.8L off a 96 Elantra engine with about 12k miles on it that a friend and I part out.
