Default Exhaust Problems

Recently I looked at my exhaust and notices that it was crooked. It is not touching the bumper just yet, but it is close and I called the shop and I'm taking it in on Thursday. But the guy on the phone said it might not be under warranty. Anyone else have this problem and got it taken care of under the warranty? I didn't run into anything, it just did it on its own.

Exhaust warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles...unless it affects the emissions. Then it is 7 years 70,000 miles.

I'm a little upset about that. I bought the Tib not only for its looks, but also for its "best warranty" and now when problems are coming up, all the problems are only covered for 1 year (i.e. Spoiler LED, Exhaust) unless some SPECIFIC circumstance arises, then the warranty comes out.... Sorry to vent, but it is aggravating, I'm sure some of you feel this way too...
