^ you have found the correct way my son....
HKC
1. If this radiator is very close to the heat of the headers, will that become an issue? Cracking from heat expansion during winter?
---HEll doubble no
2. Will the ECU recognize there's more coolant to be cycled, and does radiator size and capacity matter?
No,
as for you AC fan do what i did.
get you a flex-a-lite 120. ground it to the body and us the (+) comeing off of the AC jack that plugs in to the AC fan. or you can run it on a swich and use it mannualy turn it on and off..

HKC has a leak in his stocker so he's trying this.
precisely my good man. of all the hyundais we've owned, radiators seem to be a weakpoint.QUOTE
If you are worried about expansion and overheating try evans coolant.
i will perhaps give it a try. it sounds like the ideal coolant, however it is a bit expensive. thanks for the advice smile.gif
M_j, that's one massive fan! those flex 110's also cost a lot. but i never use A/C and i doubt it will be necessary to need it if it's rarely in use. what would grounding the A/C jack do now? make the single fan turn on with and without A/C?
