Only way is to use a hydrolic press. It's actually pretty easy to do, you just need the press.
The F/R mounts need to be taken off by removing the center brace.

I just finished doing this, dropping the crossmember can be a PITA, it is held in with 4 big bolts about 4" long that go right into the chassis. Mine needed about 150 ft/lbs for the whole legth of the bolt, other than that there is 2 10mm bolts at the front that hold the engine compartment covers inplace and the actual bolts that go through the motor mount, and then it drops out.

I removed the crossmember when i installed my turbo, didnt think it was that much of a hassle, the front motor mount was a little bit of a pain but not too bad.

Mine was easy and straightforward.
I payed $25 for the labour to get the Local Bridgestones Dealer to change the engine mounts.
they also had a Car hoist. It took them approximately one hour to complete.

Probably cause you didnt take the weight of the motor off the support member. ugh.gif
When I take it off, I prop it up on the opposite side and basically use my bare hands to unscrew them.
