I have an El Cheapo multimeter from walmart. $16. YOu can't calibrate anything and usually they read 13V on 12 V and 105V on 110V.... trust me do not use them for calbraton. THey work for troubleshooting though. You can test LEDs, transistors, and have basic multimeter functions for troubleshooting. It's a pretty good deal.
