Default Electrical

After swapping my x3 with beta I had a little issue with a few components not working

(Radiator fan/ heater had no power/ and radio) no power to any of them.

Today I checked all fuses and I found inside the bay there was no power to a line of fuses one of those were

Blower (30a fuse) I have a diagram that says it should be hot when key is in on position.

And I was thinking maybe that could have many other components connected to it or a relay is bad not sure what to do next

If anyone can help it's highly appreciated(:

You don't need to ask for help, you need to spend quality time with the car. Check the wiring against the diagrams. Something is screwy in the wires, so find and fix that. Wiring trouble sucks, can take a long time, and requires lots of close attention to detail. Sometimes there is no way around it.

edit to add: if you don't know it exists, now is a good time to spend some time at hyundaitechinfo.com (use Internet Explorer). Wiring diagrams are in the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual section.
