Dyno sheets
I'm going to start the story where i ended about 4 months ago.
I got the engine built up using the stock rods and was about to tune my car when the Haltech e6K died trying to make an update to the firmware version. I send it to Haltech USA and after 2 and a half months i got it fix.I personally hate Haltech and all they employees to death smile.gif I installed it and went to the dyno to start the tuning. My wastegate by that time was a deltagate and we were having little proplems controlling boost after 25psi.I used 112 racing fuel on that run to get the most out of the car. Then after 26 over psi and about 350hp the tranny decided to suicide and my diff gear was turn to little parts smile.gif Yes in the first run We pulled the car out of the dyno and then took it to my mech house there we took the tranny apart and replace it with one of my back up trannys smile.gif i have 3 trannys total. Then this saturday we went to tune the car again in a very hot Puerto rican day. about 98 degrees and my car Intake air temp to 130 and coolant temp in the 220 range. Yes very HOT but we were drinking and we decided to give it a shot anyways we tune the car for about 2 hours on the street with 93 Shell fuel before strapping the car.The results are here:
294 WHP @ 6400 RPM at 20 psi
254 of torque at 5800 RPM
Then i lower the boost to 10 psi and the car makes 240 whp.
The stage 4 cluthmasters is slipping already. So no more upgrades until ACT finally gets their asses to work.I'm not paying $1000 + for a clutch so HKS or OGURA is out of my mind.
Also i'm on the search for a way to cool the water temp.I will take the termostat out and use both stock fans to be on all the time. I need info on FAL fans and if they can deal with all the power i have.So all suggestions are welcome.

Onpol-
I'm looking into getting a thicker radiator. Our radiators are only about .5" thick. The top and bottom tanks are about 1.5", but the actual main body of the radiator is damn thin. I'm HOPING that will keep the coolant temps down.
I'm also going to be installing a 2'x1'x1" 6 row oil cooler, in the hopes of cooling off the engine oil a tad.

Very nice Omar, very nice
I'm hoping to spray into the ~240 wheel horsepower area shortly; it'll be a few more months before I'm boosting any higher. Sorry to hear about the diff coming apart ...
Can you remember what year transmission it was that died? Was it a 98+ model, or one of the old ones?
Thanks mang, and again, congrats
