Seams nothing is made for the heads. I wrote SuperClean asking them about the use. And they said, "We don't recommend using SuperClean on aluminum as it tends to stain it
permanently"

I'm just afraid of royally f***in' it up, I show my car a lot so shittier heads is not an option. lol

Before I got the car there was no hood on it and it had set out in the weather I assume, because it was it a wreck.

So anyone else have any suggestions?

Soapy water as a lubricant and elbow grease with a scotch-brite pad. Then hit it with clear coat or paint to keep it from happening again.

Yeah the scotch brite was my first thought but there is no way to get down in the crevices.
