...

Thanks, that helped alot.

LOL

After my other thread, I'm 100% sure that I've got these set in wrong, so my timing is off for sure. I'll be fixing it today, Thursday, or Friday, and going in for the after dyno at that time.

Probably early next week. The dyno shop is closed this weekend. REDZ got the timing issue all worked out.

you might want to clean up the Air fuel raito abit and as for timeing i would retard about 2 deg i didnt look to see what ecu your running but any and all timming issues should be adjusted at the ecu first then if you want do your cams next. just make sure your cam gear is at 0 before you start any of this.. IMHO the dyno graph is to shake in the middle and your looseing power you should have about 15~28 hp more.. but that me smile.gif

Show me a way to fix either with a stock fuel system and a Beta 1 2.0 or 1.8 ECU (running a 1.8L ecu now), and I'll do it. It's running fantastic now, I keep spinning the tires in 1st and 2nd gear. My timing was retarded by about 10 degrees, but it's spot on now.

After this is done, and I get my exhaust done, I'm going to start working on beefing up the fuel system, some interior work, and maybe get a P&P this year.

Yeah, sorry I forgot to update here. I went in and fixed my timing issue yesterday morning while it was cool out, but haven't been able to get it redyno'd yet.

Get this though, the Dyno Edge, the guys that do my dyno's, called me up to see if everything went well with the cam install since they hadn't heard from me since my first dyno. THAT is customer service there. Anyways, they took a 3 day weekend, so I can't dyno it this weekend. Probably going to be Tuesday morning.

Let me make this point folks. I was mildly impressed with my cams at first. The sound, the pull above 4K, both very nice, but it was almost stalling and had no torque at all below 3K, and if my AC was on, I was barely moving.

I knew something was wrong, and remembered we had some issues.

The timing got fixed yesterday morning, like I said, and now this is my favorite mod I've done to my car. This is the only thing I've done to my car, that has beat out my springs/struts, and my 13lb Rims.

Absolutely fantastic.
