first of all im gettin the 4-2-1 headers through the GB to add to my exhaust .... and i wanna get in on the high flow cat GB too ... but my question is ... with the tibs that have 2 cats, stock, could i rip out the entire setup and install the sr 4-2-1, carsound cat, and mbrp catback and still pass smog???(sounds too easy) if not how could i make that system pass smog ?? any info would be appreciated .....thanx

 

Headers are not CARB legal in cali.

if you install headers, your screwed.

In Cali, the only LEGAL exhaust mods are CAT BACK.

 

sad.gif so in a sense if you install headers on your car then buyin a cat to put on the sytem would really be money towards savin the air ...... damn CARB

No I have a turbo on my car, and Yes, it is illegal as hell. If I get caught. I'm screwed. I have to get my car licensed in a different state to keep my turbo before march of 2003.

if a cop actually makes you open your hood,... youll already be screwed since you CAI is not CARB legal

carb sucks. we dont have sh_t like that here in the philippines.

exhausts here are louder than... loud stuff.

 

to anyone with aftermarket headers ...
wut did u do with the 2nd o2 sensor .... would a high flow cat keep the sensor working properly ( no check engine light)?? thanx
