Broken Bolt For Oil Pan

well on the 17th of the 19 oil pan bolts i over tourqued one cuz i slipped on the socket ( it waas raining) and snapped the head off..

any genius ideas to get the bolt out?? EZ out ??? drill it out???

help need to get this car running again..

you listed them. e-z out if you have one handy. me personally, i would just drill it out. then take an intact bolt to the hardware store and test it on different nuts to find the thread pitch. then just buy some more bolts of the same pitch.

Dude, I told you in the PM before you started not to overtorque them. lmao.gif

Just drill it out. And be patient cause you don't want to widen the hole.
