Might have to steal some of your ideas.....
where'd you get the fittings for water for the turbo? Any how did you get it without cutting the hose? just wiggle a piece of threaded pipe in, drill a hole for the fitting, and clamp around it for water tight seal?

Its a kit from Jattus Performance, there is a tap that goes inside the hose with as you mentioned a threaded fitting on the end. A seam has to be welded around the end of each tap though or the hose will blow off under pressure. My hose is cut very straight and I notched around the fitting so I was able to squeeze both parts back together without a gap.
I have to take it back off to have the manifold flange leveled since it warped a little bit during the welding process, when I get it done there will be pics. It was put back on so I could put all the sensors in location and clean up or shorten wires as needed behind the dash.
