It's the oil filter adapter from Greddy. It has 3 ports on it. You can hook up your turbo feed and oil presure sender to it. Much easier for me since my bigass turbo sits in front of the stock oil tap.
I bought it from Ptuning which is a NewTib sponsor. It was $63 shipped with the 5% NewTib discount.

Here's is what one guy on New Tib did:

interesting, why not just use the spot on the block or the head (not sure which you meant was blocked) for the feed?

the head doesnt have the stock pressure and the spot where the stock oil sender&sensor is was blocked by his turbo.

Hmmmm, I might have to get one of these so I can hook up my mechanical oil pressure gauge. Nice find.

Nice. I might get one of these too, since my oil pressure sender is connected to the head, so i only get the pressure that's in the head. Looks good!

Perty neat man. Good idea.

Too bad you can't just run the return line to one of the other holes. Then ther'd be no need to modify the oilpan.

Well, I thought I saw someone saying that theres a return port on it, but I doubt it. And if there was, it wouldnt be a good idea to run it there with the skinny line and indirect route.

This does make sense. My fiat has it's oil pressure senders on the oil filter mount. If you were to loose pressure due to a bad pump or a lack of oil, this would be the very first place that would see it.
