whats the maximum amount you can bore out a stock throttle body? thinking about doing it this weekend.

 

i beleive 58 mm is pretty much the max. but remember along with that, it needs to be perfectly round and will need a 58mm butterfly too

 

some people are using mustang TB's. i don't know who exactly but i heard it works with some customization.

 

how big is the opening to your IM? and/or how much are can you open it up?

 

the mustang TB takes ALOT of modification. Tanc over on RDT uses one, and it took a huge amount of work

 

yup im rockin the mustang tb

its not really that much extra work to get it to work

you could probably get someone to cut off the flange and weld a new flange onto the stock plenum for cheaper than a made for hyundai throttle body
