I would coat that rag in grease first... last thing you want are little bits of metal inside the engine. Quite a way to score up your cylinder walls.

Check the opinions on HA.com about this guys. Do not, DO NOT, do this on the car. The bit of time you save from taking it off could very well cost you an entire engine.

Count me in on BBTB as well on group buy, we should actually contact them for more then just the BBTB... I've looking a rear strut bar which they are the only one to carry it and a few other thing.
