I just got in my new Barney Throttle Body from SHark Racing. I encountered two problems. First is that the stock TB has two rubber hoses running through the bottom of it (they look like they have nothing to do with the TB). There are no outlets for these houses on the after market. The second is that the holes for the throttle cables on the new TB are two close together so the cables will not snap in together. Any Ideas?

 

i can tell you this...
those 2 hoses you see are coolant hoses...they actually heat up the TB and make your intake temp higher...just disconnect one of them from the engine side of the hose and connect the end from the other hose to it after taking both off the throttle body. and if your talking about an accent use the slot for the cable that is farther from your firewall.
