i think it was proboly just taking a while for your ecu to get used to the 80 vs 90 alternator... i was gunna suggest unplugging the battery for about 15 minutes let the ecu rest but hey its gone better then i can say for mine lol

also when the CEL comes on flashing that means a misfire?
