they are biased
im still willing to bet that they wont exceed the RS intake
The heat rap gives it a HUGE advantage
maybe smoother curves
Lets just hope they didnt just COPY the RS intake
hopefully youll have some new toys at the drags spiffy

I have a copy of the dyno and a pic of the intake I got from AEM. Unfortunately I can't release them until AEM says I can. However, the intake had a max gain of 7hp and 9lb-ft of torque.
I'm going to Cali this weekend and I'll be picking up an '03 CAI and the first production 97-01 CAI. Hopefully I'll have them by the drag meet on Wednesday so everybody can see what it looks like.
BTW, it's Injen-style.

Those are pictures I took of the 03 Tib CAI, during my tour of AEM, which has been out now for the past month.
Pictures of the '97-'01 CAI should not be released yet to the public yet. When they say I can show them, I will.

wow. so AEM and INJEN made the same type of intake for the Tiburon.
Does that mean that putting the filter in the fenderwell isnt the best place?
Im not trying to knock Random,KORE or SR. but Injen and AEM are respected names and they both went with the same style intake....
Or maybe they were just too lazy to fully test our cars and went with the easy way out?
confused

i think they are also considering the work for the installer. people dont wanna do to much work to put in an intake. so who knows....
i actually thought i saw the intake on a car before. it was an intake like the injen with an aem sticker on it. oh well.
