does anyone have the act heavy clutch with the street disk and a fidanza flywheel? how is it, i paid like 500 for the two. how much is a good price for the install so i dont get ripped off lol

The best my local shops did was $340... Although after the crap that went down I think I could've done it better/faster myself...

holy crap, i didnt realize how much $$ i saved by doing it myself.. dang.. 340$ is 70% of what i spent on the whole clutch/flywheel combo.. doesn't even require many tools..

I still have the stock flywheel but I LOVE that clutch setup. Pedal feels stock, smoother than stock during normal driving to engage IMO, but man will it bite when you dump it. Simple bolt on elantra chirping third from time to time FTW, lol.

shyt, bring your car here, ill do it.. lol as long as it wasnt PITA like mine was.. lmao.gif friggin exploding clutch..

hmm.. i have a printed out DIY, but no scanner 02.gif .. i could make ya a quick writeup, since its fresh in my mind.. if your mechanically inclined, some stuff will be common sense, so lemme know if you want my help with a DIY..

im actually very mechanicly inclined its just doing a clutch is like trying to see something with my eyes closed lol, ive never done it and cant get much help doing it so im a little afrid to do it, and its my daily driver too so i cant afford to have it out of comission b/c i have school and work

Haynes manual would probably help too... don't have one yet for he Tib but I had one for my Sentra and I loved it.
