i am getting a set of capped manifold bolts made for my car, to cover up my ugly studs, and i have clearence issues anyway, so i need em, and i can get a program made, so they can be easily replicated.. there is a 99% chance they will be made from stainless.

it will be more of a show piece, but it will serve a purpose. will get rid of those NASTY rusty stock manifold nuts, and will cover the studs preventing them from rusting..

they will be a lil different from the design i just came up with, but close to the same, and can be different lengths if you want, as long as they cover the whole stud. i know some of us turbo guys cant be certain lengths, because of clearences and stuff..

again, i wont be making them unless there are people who want em, but im just checking cuz they can be made..

how much shipped? $10 sounds good, $15 slightly high. I'm down.

yes! can you make more of the nut 6 sided though, maybe 1/2 of the total length? would make it easier to put on. and possibly make it reachable to sockets

itll prob be closer to 20$ shipped.. these are going to be custom, so its gonna take some time, and they are going to be stainless..

yah, i can make more of it hexed for the people who have N/A manifolds, cuz you guys wont have a problem getting them on..

i have a problem because the hex part hits my manifold, which is why i need the hex part to be at the end..

alex, can you get me the size of our studs. i can get them made also.. they will be made from hardened steel obviously.

I'm in, fo sho.

I can get you the stud size, they are the same for intake and exhaust. I've got all the intake ones in a bag in the garage.

I'm in, you should organize a Group Buy Mass Sale for this, maybe you'd be able to get them to us cheaper.

Edit: removed Group Buy because that seems to be a dirty word these days.

o they are the same as intake studs? good, i have my intake studs in my toolbox.. are you POSITIVE they are the same for both, if so, ill have my dad make those also and i can sell em as sets, and make em a lil shorter.. smile.gif

the point of a GB is to make a bunch at the same time to reduce price. not to make some and then have a gb.
