my car is approaching 70,000 miles is there wht should i do as far as oil changes etc?

If you still have the owners manual, check it. There is a maintenance schedule that should tell you exactly what you need to do.

alright easy i change mine every 2500 as well as spark plugs, clean throttle body,clear air filter,fuel inject cleaner, octane booster

Timing belt if u haven't already... and check owners manual for everything else...
