Iago is more or less correct, however, if you check out batlord's dyno results for the 4-2-1 header, he gained Torque and HP across the board. http://tiburonwebring.homestead.com/dynoruns.html
He has the 4-2-1 header and the KORE Cat back unit, and to my understanding, it fit with no fuss. A section of pipe to connect the 2 with the cat and the 2 02 sensors was fabricated.
