is there a DIY for clear corners?
I'm not sure if it has been done here before but yes there is. I can try to remember how I did mine but keep in mind there is a STRONG possibility you will crack your lens. Word to the wise...this really is not recomended because you will more than likely waste a lot of time and still end up spending a bunch of money on new corners. After you have taken your corners off the car, you have to separate the lens from the backing...there are two ways you can go about this. You can
A) Heat them up in the oven, at like 350 I think, to melt the glue some and pry off the lens being careful not to burn yourself, or
B) Take a really sharp, thin knife and just slip it in between the lens and back and pry it off being careful not to slice off a finger or your wrist(trust me, it hurts a lot and puts a pretty noticeable scar so people think you tried to kill yourself).
Either way it sucks to try to take off. Once the lens is off use said knife or a flat-head screwdriver to chip away or pry off the orange reflector. I found it easier to pry it off but don't go and do it and blame me if you bust up your lens. Once you've done that, clean up the inside as best you can and try to lightly scrape away any orange you find on the edges. Just use clear silicone caulking to seal the lens back to the backing and make sure you cover the entire edge so you don't get water in there. If you do end up getting a little water in there you can make a pin-prick hole to get it out, but I have not had any problems after about a year and dealing with 5 months of non-stop Florida rains.
Hope that helped a little.

What do you mean you aren't getting help? The other guy told ya man, take the plugs out of the clear corners, put them in the car, then put the original plugs from the ORIGNIAL corners in.
Tada.
