K, I uploaded a new wire diagram. As far as I remember, it is how I have it wired right now. I'm gonna double check it when I get the time.
This diagram leaves the coil wires and the fuel pump wires stock, in their original conditions.
All the tapping goes under the dash to the ECU wires. (Remember, thats on the sensor sides. duh)
Only the PRS 5v output wire goes to the MAP sensor in the engine bay.
PM me your email and I'll send you my latest file. I'm using 440's with 35psi base pressure.

Yes.

It should be the same except you have a couple extra accesory wires. Take the wiring chart in your instruction manual and write in the same PIN #'s. The only difference is that you'll have 2 more wires that you don't need.
Yes.

Also, you siad somehting about the MAP voltage settings being off. What did you set yours to? Hopefully I get it running this weekend
disregard that question in post 66. So the only wires you actually cut from the Ecu were the injector ones? All the other ones are just tapped off? This will be fun. Hopefully youll see this thread sometime today while Im out working on it

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Ericy321 @ Sep 21 2006, 10:06 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>ok i think this is the last question. did you add in any relays for fuel pump or any of that?</div>
No, no relays. Like I said, I didn't even touch the fuel pump wiring. Leave it stock.
Don't worry about the MAP voltage problem. It was my fault for wiring it up to a 12v when it needs a 5v source.

Jon, im having problems again. I had teh car runnning on stock ecu. wired the prs4 back in and it wont start now. i hooked the prs 4 up to my computer and it showed no map. i loaded one and went back outside and still nothing. the prs4 is not communicating with my computer for some reason. i was using a laptop but i had it going through a usb port because it doesnt have the serial port i need. and the usb didnt communicate right either. now im using my desktop to load the map and i still cant get it to do anything.
I finally got the communication to work. Now, I dont have injector pulse AGAIN. I jsut want to double check which wires are supposed to be grounded. And let me know where you grounded them to if you can. I think today I made some progress but Im just missing a couple things. And I looked under the function settings and its set up so injector 1 uses a function and injector 2 uses a function. now, we have it hooked up so 1 function runs 1 injector. is this ok how it is setup? im thinking under modes where we have sequential injectors on is where that is compensated for?

If you use my file, then it will automatically load those settings. So don't mess with them.
I'm not totally sure what you mean by taking the PRS inside, then outside. I'm pretty sure it's gonna need to be hooked up to the car for it to download a map.
I suggest you take your desktop outside if you can. I put mine in my garage for a few days when my laptop wasn't working.
If it's still not comunicating, try opening up the serial cable ends. I had the same problem and found that one of the wires in the cable came loose. You'll need to solder it back together.
