just the battery and the billet mount. You will need some machine head bolts and nuts to secure it. i also dremeled my stock battery mount to make it smaller to fit,

I think I wanna mount mine sideways like that, but I don't think the AEM will work with it.

More like 45 degrees off from stock. I was actually thinking of trying the smaller odyessy battery and compleatly hiding it inside the driver's side fender.

Why not put it in the trunk? It may fit inside the spare wheel.
