How 2 Do The Captive Rotor Swap

alright many of you know i have a 99 and 97 the 99 is leaving very soon and i have been told to do the captive rotor thingy. anyone know how to do this? it would probley be hard to get pics or something but anything will help.. also i am selling my 99 and the guy wants it to be rolling so if i take the things of my 99 to put on my 97 can the ones from my 97 go on my 99 to get it out a here? thanks
