not really, because you have to fish the lines through that hole. you might be able to run them on top and then u them into the hole you cut out so that you can attach that pass. nozzle, but this way is definately easier. there also isn't much clearance underneath the wiper cowls. taking off the fender takes about 5 min. its like 5 bolts, one nut, and a couple screws.

even if you re-use the stock hose, you have to take off the fender to route it differently.

I thought you had to take the bumper off to get the fenders?

Nope. It's pretty easy. A couple bolts along the hood line and a couple bolts and screws in the fenderwell.

very nice writeup. did you re-paint those cowls? i'm waiting for chris's to come in so i can do this however i think you don't even have to use a dremel tool to cut a hole into the body if you run the tubes under the cowl and shave a little bit of washers off you can stuff them all under there. i'll see if that will work as well. definitely a good place for them too...
