Actually there's more to it than that... It's a bit of a pain really.
I just had to replace my passenger fender last week & there are 3 x 10mm bolts along the hood line, 1 x 10mm bolt near the door hinge (door needs to be wide open to get to it), 2 x 10mm bolts under the fender just behind the wheel well, 1 x 10mm nut behind the corner/indicator (obviously, the indicator needs to be removed first. For that there is 1 x philips-head screw... on 1st gens anyway), 3 x ph screws in the wheel-well hold the lining in place, 2 x plastic screws hold the lining to the front bumper, 1 x ph screw holding the bumper onto the fender just in front of the wheel-well & last but not least 2 x 10mm bolts hold the fender onto the chassis (these 2 are behind the bumper so the bumper needs to be pulled away slightly to get to them.
Then you need to put it all back together again.
