What do you recommend? I'm just getting into this electronics/lighting stuff so I have no idea what I'm really doing yet.

Well I tried the lower power LED's and they suck. I put it in the handle where they would go and they don't light it up at all. Even when the lights were off in the garage and it was completely black it didn't light it up at all. I think I need to get some with a higher intensity and a wider viewing angle. I'll have to hit up supertronix this weekend and see if I can't find some better ones.

I'm a whore... I sell everything you want in little kits and I have the right LEDs for the job, they just replace the stock ones with a perfect fit. Not all bulky like the big five millimeter ones. Hit me up and look here http://www.hyundaiperformance.com/forums/t...pic.php?t=26324

Default Ebay Item: OBX Camber kits

I tried to finally do this mod, and just my luck when I was all done the LED wouldn't light up. Anyone have any ideas what I did wrong? I'm not an electrical guy so I could have done something horribly stupid or something. Any ideas let me know because right now I don't have any LED in my window switch. Thanks

Make sure you didn't put the LED in backwards.

I did it! I now have red window switches! I think I might be the first. During the day they look kind of pink, but at night! Oh at night! They're amazing. I'll finish the other door this weekend and get some pictures up for you guys. Thanks for all your help

Default DIY - Power Door Locks

This mod has cause me many hours of grief! I tried to do the drivers side today but I kept running into road blocks. I don't think I've ever done something to my car without screwing something up along the way. I'm going to take out the whole circuit board and wire the LED's myself and then just glue them to the base. That should work. The board is really screwing me up. I'll let you know if I get it to work.

Well I took out the circuit board and just ran very short wires around and it ended up working. I should have just done that in the first place. Now I have all 3 window switches in red and I think it looks really good. I'll get some pictures up here later this week.
