Thanks Tim, and is the GSX pump 255lph? I'd be running a little too rich until I get my fpr. Oh, well!

GST and GSX pump should be the same exact pump.

190LPH not problems with fuel pressure.

A 255lph pump out flows our regulator. which is probbaly rated ta 190-200lph. so the fuel pressure rises. 255lph pump at idle with the stock FPR will make you run 60psi fuel pressure and even more when at WOT.

Not something you would want with such already rich running engine.

Basically. If you are not running NOS or Turbo or S/C YOU DO NOT NEED THIS MOD.

It is pointless and a waste of money if you are only N/A

That is totally not true. It is completely psychological.

You will not get any gain from your fuel system.

The stock fuel system is capable of feeding 170-180hp n/a.

So unless you are making 170hp+ N/A ( doubtful ) (Based on your n/a mods. I doubt you are making that power.

Then you will not need this.

Also, since most GST pumps are buying used. And probbaly had the rewiring done to run 14 volts instead of 12 volts you are getting a very used pump and now a reliability issue comes into play.

The math PROVES you dont need more fueling.

The ecu runs these engines rich from factory. How is boosting fuel capaibilities of the pumping helping you? Its not.

People with lean problems though, like Wattsup there, may show some improvements.

Unless you have done it, you wouldn't know 100 % for sure right?

Shadohh, you need to at least put a state in your profile. Everywhere isn't anywhere.

But I am god , so I am everyplace smile.gif

Unless he has more mods listed ( like head porting ) then on his list he should NOT be running a lean problem. If he is running lean he is having a malfunction some place.

And I have done it. I have had my hands on SEVERAL Fuels pumps for the tiburon. GST, Rx7, Supra, Walboro 255 replacement for GST.
