The ones I can get are too thick for needles. They would probably burn out the motor or whatever the gauges use to move the needles. They are good for interior lighting though, you could hide them anywhere. I am still curious about the rings, they are 80mm, is that about the size for our headlights Blacktibs?

I dont know? you mean in diameter or what? My work is like brilliant cave man work, nothing more, just trial and error. I wish I used math to figure it all out.

Well, I just ordered two of these CCFL Fan Grills. It looks like I may have to get out the dremel and remove some extra material, but I think they will work pretty good.
