I found it easier to go to the passenger side, drill a hole behind the steering boot, run the wire through and grommet.

I drilled a hole up underneath my dashboard on the drivers side....Looks like it required alot less work

I drilled a hole through the firewall too. It's the lazy man's method. wink1.gif

But this a good way to do it without drilling.

Great DIY... now I'd suggest redoing it with 4 gauge wire. wink1.gif
