Wireless camera on the front of a big rig, 4 big monitors attached to the rear doors of the trailer displaying the view from the camera. When you're behind the truck on a 2-lane road, you can see whether it's clear ahead to be able to pass.

 

After driving 500 miles of 2 lane this summer, that's actually a really cool idea! I like it!
