I'm a coffee noob and I have a cheap-o coffee maker. Considering a french press or at least a nicer coffee maker. Post what you use plz. Kthx.

Keurig coffee machine. Love that you only have to make one cup at a time.

my mom has one of those floyd and she loves it, they're pretty cool. French presses are great, but I use a a stovetop espresso maker.

water in the bottom, grounds in a filter in the middle, put it on the stove and hot water steams through the grounds into the pitcher above. makes a decent cup of espresso.

For most of the coffees you can get it comes out to 63 cents per cup. A lot more than a pot of Folgers, but the coffee is a hell of a lot better too. You can make coffee that's as good for cheaper, but using a French press, etc. is a PITA and the end result is that I would never drink coffee if I had to use a French press. It's also nice to get flavored coffee such as cinnamon roll, chocolate glazed donut, or French vanilla caramel just as easily as a cup of normal coffee.

how much was that espresso maker? i started working at starbucks and all those drinks are just variations of espresso and milk, it'd be easy to make whatever the hell you want at home and you'd save tons i bet.

does it auto grind beans?
