It's really bad out here in Vegas. The locals are some cheap motherf*****s. Only the tourists on vacation spend money at restaurants. I've got a few friends who wait at high end places. You wouldn't believe how often they get 0-5% on $500+ bills. Unless the service sucked (bad enough that you actually complained about it), 18% is a minimum on a large bill.
Another peeve... don't order a dessert souffle after you finish your meal and expect it to be out in 5 minutes. cool.gif

What, you mean you can't bake that ahead of time, lol? Most that like them have learned to order them at the beginning of their meal if they don't want to wait.

As far as the size the size is because I give you less it keeps you hungry---- There for they can sell you an appetizer,salad,main course and dessert.
