Mmmm...Venison!
Deer season starts up here this weekend. Bowhunting on Saturday, and regular on Nov 20th. I have a few friends who bow hunt and promised me a bunch of venison meat this year. Sooooo cant wait! Now I just need to start looking up some good recipes for it. laugh.gif smile.gif

Hell yeah V! Wild venison is where it's at. That farm raised BS is weak as hell! Tenderloin is the piece i'm always interested in, though a roast makes up some bad ass chili!

I am going to try to go out archery deer and elk hunting this year. I missed the early season, but the late season is better hunting anyways. If I'm lucky I'll be hunting in the snow. Nothing beats that.
