Default Bison Burgers

Anyone prefer these over regular hamburgers? Saw them the other day when I was going grocery shopping. Never tried them so I picked up some to try this weekend.

They're actually really good, almost as good as elk burgers.

gross? It's a big cow-shaped-ish animal, same as where you get your hamburger. What's the matter with that?

I GREATLY prefer bison to beef. Much leaner and more flavorful.

Bison use to be the main meat processed and eaten before cattle started being raised in the bulk they are today.

Bison meat has more strict regulation than cattle. Can't use antibiotics, more strict raising and feeding, leaner meat, better for you.

Bison > cattle. Flavor and nutrition.
