Some of those look like fat for the sake of fat.
For Machomas this year instead of strait bacon sausage I'm getting 1,000 slim jims, 9 lbs of bacon, 1/2 dozen whole fresh Trinidad Vipers, some various spices and seasoning, and tasty, delicious, cruel, cruel, ground veal.
Though I'm temped after reading this to take the sausages and bacon wrap, batter and pan fry a few.
... And invest in a couple of these as well apparently.
