Window Makes Grinding Noise

Recently my pass. window makes a terrible grinding noise when I roll it up or down. I took the door panel off to try and get a better look, but that didn't really reveal much. The cable didn't seem to be rubbing anywhere and the tracks seem o.k. WTF?! Motor??

Throw a vid up here if ya can but if not, take door off and check the regulator and motor again and make sure there isnt any thing in the tracks and guides.
Rember its just a matter of time before the regulator goes, theres a DIY how to replace it too.
