Actually Redz is wrong with that statement, there are only a handful of games that MS is offering that replacement on, however Ninety Nine Nights is one of them. The complete list is here.

 

Actually, YOU are wrong on that statement, I was correct. I said, "FIRST PARTY GAMES".

That means games that MS published.

Such as the ones on the list you showed.

I buy all my games from EB, I always get the EB games warranty. If it ever gets scratched/cracked/broken you take it back and they will replace it free of charge. They also give a similar warranty with consoles, at a small charge.
