haha, yeah.....just some elbow grease spart!
Man, i always get sad/or maybe it's mad when I see pics like that. I had an accident to and got sick to my stomach when I saw the damage (wan't that bad, i just need a new hood), and I'm broke as well so my hood is still damaged....the accident was over 3 months ago, yeah it's sad.

I'm very sorry to hear, why is everyone saying your "bad" day. This was a good day until you wanted something from the back seat (what was it). I think you threw people off when you said "Things couldn't have gotten worse when you meant things couldn't have gone better (cuz your job, and no hangoverness and all <---which is by the way an awesome phenomenon that has been happened a lot to me lately. You expect it and put the headache medicine on the table for the morning, make sure you have coffee and all, then you wake up and BAMM, you feel great! except you can't remember what or who you did last night...
anyway, back to the accident I wish there was someway i could help....
I'd really like to, hope everything works out sparticus (can you mitigate those charges that trooper gave you, maybe get them reduced?)

Also, did you TELL the soccermon that it was your fault! NEVER! EVER take the blame in an accident. I've seen some crazy turn arounds where the person at fault gets off scott free with their insurance. Even if you're like driving the wrong way down the freeway and survive the head on, when you pull over (or get out of the mangled mess, whatever)....camly walk over to the recipiant and be like "dude, that was all you man....what's your problem, lemme get your info!!"

Oh yeah, i'm likin' the oxymoron title

i was looking for my contact solution cuz my eyes were bothering me. 02.gif

my insurance will probably rape me. 4 points for the accident. i'm hoping its 1 point for the ticket, and not 2 points for each offense. i'm gonna fight the ticket, just because i can. if it's 2 points for each offense, loss of license for 60 or 90 days or somethin. i'll still drive though.

this just really really sucks...

Free door if you're willing to drive down here and pick it up. LOL

seriously....I think I'd be willing to give you a door, but it wont have the glass in it so you'd have to use the glass in the door you have now.

its not too bad of a drive, he's just gotta get on 90 and head south for maybe like...4 hours, depending on NYC traffic.

Well i would have called the cops too. I've been nice once and then i had to pick up the bill. So screw that. Anything happen i'll call the cops. She did the right thing is protecting herself. You have to look out for #1 remember that before you start talking crap about her. Because you know damn good and well that if you were in her situation that you would have wanted to call the cops too. So lay off of her. Sorry about your car. Guess you should pay more attention to driving then what is in the back of the car. Better luck next time.

jeez solo, take it easy....I'm sure everyone's taken their eyes off the road once.
I agree though, in situations like that "survival of the fittest" applies. That's why you shoulda tried to put the blame on her......heh heh
