From how it sounds, it seems like it's an issue with Korea, perhaps their supply chain and their communication... It really shouldn't be an issue since the car has been here for 3 years! I just returned from Carmax and they are

This is exactly why we only ever pack our own stuff. This situation sucks. I hope a lawsuit at someone else's expense is in your future, for mental anguish damages . . . AFTER actual damages get paid.

back on topic, we have 60 days to unpack everything and submit a claim although i dont plan on having to wait that long, its nice knowing i have time to figure out what all needs fixing/replacing
