I was guessing 24 hour turn around. I think you're expecting too much from them.
Did they at least offer to give you a rental? Tell them you're an Executive VP and your clients expect top of the line.

They offered to give me a rental, but I dont need it. Rollin VIP style in the Jeep with my blinged out 22's on!
Had I taken a rental, they probably would have given me a Ford Fiesta...with no a/c or power windows...

Just wow... That's messed up with any car but especially on your new Genesis. This is something that you ridicule on youtube, but never think it will happen to you.
How did they release a car with bad alignment? They should have gone over the alignment results with you, did they?

They had some new kid do the alignment. I should have known something was up and not right when the kid didnt even know how to raise or lower the lift.
The printer that prints out the results were down, but the kid said he got it within 1% of perfect alignment. The problem is that he didnt straighten the wheel when he did it. So the wheel was turned slightly to the left in order for the car to go straight. If I straightened out the wheel, the car veered off to the right pretty bad.
After they crashed it into the guard rail, they still put it up on a lift and had one of their more advanced tech do everything, and he got it spot on perfect, with the wheel straight.
They actually called me a little bit ago with the estimate. $1900. Thats with a brand new bumper, new black wing badge (it had a nick in it from the rail), paint, and finishing. They said it will be done either Thurs or Fri of this week, since Wed is the 4th of July and their closed.

Horse Hockey!
I dropped Purin (our Accent) of at the dealer and they gave me a Mazda 6 to drive around. Granted the 6 is a F___ing POS but it's a 10k upgrade, (though I much preferred the 3 we got after the accident.) Take them for a ride man, get something posh for a day or two.

Picked up the car today. They did an amazing job on it...no complaints at all. Looks showroom condition now and the best part....my front wing badge was just being held on with just the double sided tape, and was a little loose. They put screws in behind it and tightened it right up against the grill. Im really happy with how it turned out.
