OK, surprise surprise. Another week goes by with no reply or new information from I.S. Still no tracking number for me or others with kits that have supposedly been verified.

If anyone reads this who is also waiting on a body kit for over 90 days, please PM me with contact information as my lawyer may wish to speak with you as well.

Mods: I don't really know how to draw attention on this without a "double post" especially due to the way I can't go back and edit. Hopefully you'll cut me some slack since it's been a week with no response.

Now, 10 months, 10 days after I.S. recieved a $2010 check arranged by me and I still have no kit or refund. For those of you who've had good business with them I say,"Glad for your luck".

Dude man i read this whole thing and cant say whos in the right or wrong. Seems import shark is at fault along with shipping and rick sticking his orders or nose were they didnt belong. BUt waiting for parts for a hyundai is nothing new my car sat in southern cali for a year nad a half with no body panels or abything on the car while we waited for the new custom pieces to be made overseas. I know how it feels to wait forever. Expesially when other sponcors are breathing down your neck wondering were your car is. I ordered my first kit from import shark and had nothing but good luck, But at this point i think they need to step up and Do something on this. Good luck on this.

We have offered two settlements and both were rejected. If he wants to wait for Rick to sort out his issues, then that's fine by me.
