sorry to hear about your tib, i too probably totaled mine. the damage on mine is not nearly as bad as the damage on yours and i'm fighting w/ my insurance co to fix the car, but it doesn't look good. sorry to hear.

Only if the evasive manuever reaction didn't kick in... you should have just plowed right into that Grand Am. This way you got 'em and you can prove that it is their own fault.

OUCH!!! That is a nasty section to crash in. All those driveways on the right, and it's right on a curve, too. mad.gif No wonder that idiot pulled out right in front of you. I drive that section of 63 about once a month. Any luck finding out who did that?

 

Actually, it happened right before the overpass of 390. The guy turned off Jones Bridge Rd. I was 5 mins to the college. And no, it would be next to impossible to find out who did it unless he had a big mouth and I knew people...

 

I'd camp the intersection for the guy. Chances are he frequents that road often, and he might just be stupid enough keep using it.

 

ya that time could be when hes coming home from work or school. and i also learned it is best to hit someone because then the cops can tell exactly what happened and you can prove it all.

 

Ouch.

And besides that, I dunno how many front/front-side impacts I've seen where Tib airbags didn't deploy. >.<
