def get a lawyer

a friend of mine blew a .07 (legal limit is .08) and they deemed it a dwi anyways since it was so close

a lawyer got it dropped from a dui to criminal mischief

 

i got a lawyer and im going with him since i dont have work the day i have court. he suggested that we try a trial with the certification as our argument. if that doesnt workout hes going to try a plea bargain with me ending up having to do an online driving school course, which i can do during work, and get my points off and just pay a fine. but he said that the certification of calibration should be enough and he most likely wont come prepared with it, if at all.

and to 187sks its not reckless driving because its actually 89 on the ticket and not 90. but i still know for a fact that i wasnt going that fast
