well, anyone else having any problems with their flip keys from the GB a while back? i bet you are... is your problem that the key doesn't sit flush? maybe.. or is the problem that the key likes to flip out on its own after a while? probably.. or could it maybe be how the key part likes to get really loose to the point where you need to tighten it up every week, or use lock tight? maybe..

anyone else have these problems? if i hadnt spent 20$ or w/e on it, and i had a spare tib key, i would make a video of me melting, smashing, taking a crap on this thing.. uggh, its soo annoying.. i think imma buy one of the VW key things and modify it to work with out key..

Both of mine suck.

Bad.

I'll never buy another one of these cheapo things, it feels like the damned plastic is going to shatter every time I pop my trunk.

after a couple tries, my dealership couldn't get it cut right. it takes a lot of jiggling to get the key to turn. i finally got tired of it and put it away..

the dealer i went to didn't even charge to have it cut. he was too impressed w/ the key. haha

but yea, i can't even use mine 02.gif

i had no problem getting the key cut, but the plastic is UBER cheap.. i think they cost 20$ shipped.. i dont have to wiggle mine or anything, my only problem is it likes to flip out on its own and doesn't sit flush when closed.

ill take pics later.

ya the GB keys were pretty cheapo, never even bothered getting it cut, expected quite abit more quality plastic and all, feels like its gona break every time i pop the key open and it looks pretty cheap too, so its sitting somewhere.... no clue where
