It sucks, but at least they caught him. In all my break ins they've never caught anyone or recovered anything that was stolen.

I'm really glad it turned out the way it did!

I'm very sorry to hear about that, but you can now say "hey he broke my laptop that was in the car"...... all sorts of other things. Make him pay for the side skirts too if you can wink.gif

This is basically what it looked like when I got out to my car. Pic is taken with my cell, so sorry for the quality. But I really do owe alot of gratitude to the people who saw the crackhead doing the break in, and called the police while following him and giving a good description and location of where he was. Because of that, its the only reason why he got caught and will now be a resident of the local jail.

Oh, and he was charged with 5 things....

- Petty Larceny
- Stripping a car in the 3rd
- Possession of burglary tools
- Biting a cop
- Spitting in a cops face

The cops basically said the Jail Guards will have their way with him and he's in for a good beating. However, since all his charges are misdemeanors, he'll most likely be out within a couple of days and probably wont even show up for his court case since the guy really was a crack head. Its just too bad they didnt catch him with drugs too.

No, he used a slim jim to pop the lock. Could have been worst like a busted window or broken lock.
