See thats why i hate snow. It not only makes things freeze and brittle but also make your cars rust.. Shame. Come to south africa. Never snows but you may be killed anytime.. Every place has good's and bad's.

^^ Theres nothing really racist about his comments. Its a fact of life for those living in South Africa. Just like the AIDS crisis in certain regions, I would gladly take 3 feet of snow over being exposed to a high risk of infection. I'm sure he just meant that dealing with ice and snow isn't that big of an issue for the living conditions that many people around the world are forced to live. Had he mentioned a specific "race" of people, then yes, that would be racist. The fact that he could step out on the street and be shot is no more racist than saying I could be hit by a snowplow.

Back on topic.....Optimo, with your current run of luck with the car, if you threw boiling hot water on the windshield it would just shatter. I know its not likely to happen, but it would just be the perfect thing to happen right now... lmao.gif

Clear the ice off, take the busted wiper off. If its the drivers side, temporarily move the passenger side one over to the driver side....VOILA! Ghetto fix....lol. But at least you can get to somewhere to find a new set.

 

well REDZ came thru on a set for me so for the moment everything is lookin to be on track for spring time.
