So i ordered turbo timer and boost controller about 3 weeks ago from andy's. I still haven't recieved the products (I know it hasn't been too long) and I am trying to get a tracking number for the shipment. Everytime i have called, nobody picks up the damn phone. I can't even tell you how many times I've tried calling them. I've also sent two e-mails and have gotten nothing. WTF, i thought they are a fair sized (and respected) business.

They already took my damn money from my account and they don't even have the decency too correspond with me. mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

get a credit card statement and see if they took your money or not. hell the money might not even have been spent. that first. if it has been spend, wait another three weeks before you take it back .

You should have went to ripoffreport. com and search for andys auto sport. I wanted to order a body kit from them and I saw the company had numerous complaints and was not very reputable. Next time before you order from a company youve never ordered from before, just search on the web to make sure their okay.

Id definetly contact your credit card company or check your statement to see if any money was used. If so, explain to them the situation and you should be refunded your money.

They definitely took the money because I was using a check card so it showed up on my web banking account. I'm gonna try contactin them tomorrow and I'll see if i can get a hold of anyone again.

well, i dont know what's the deal with u guys, but i've ordered some stuff through them and i've recieved every thing. I ordered a VIS c/f hood, and i recieved it like a month and a half later, but that was because of c/f shortage, so they say, I also ordered a body kit form and i recieved it two weaks later. So, maybe from the company that they are supposed to get it from hasn't done anything about it? cause of what i know most of their stuff is from other companies, so they get it from other companies then they ship it to you... maybe i'm wrong, but the thing is that what i've ordered all has come in and in good condition, great shipment although sometimes it takes them a lot cause of the other companies.

If i were u i would wait for another three weeks or even maybe two. When i order something from them i only wait for two or three days then i e-mail them asking for the status of my order, they usually answer me the next day and give me a date which the package should be in my door step, but they always say, "sooner or later".

Wish u luck though.

^^^I know. I'm not getting mad at the time it's taking, I'm just pissed b/c their customer service is absolutely horrible.
